**Free Range?**Most terms used to describe products are misleading at best. As soon as a concept develops any following, some corporate marketing department will co-opt it. Cage-free, free-range, organic, grass fed, whatever. Over the years I have decided to go with the terms “Obnoxiously Free-Range” and “Beyond Organic”. I think this captures our farming methodology pretty well. I also think these terms are relatively safe from plagiarism. I will save elaboration for a later post.
