Enjoying the island life The weather has been nigh perfect this week.  We've enjoyed several walks and picnics on the beach below the farm.  Grilling meats, sipping wine, digging clams, playing guitar, loving spring.  We look forward to seeing you all at our Magic Meat Truck Popups this weekend! Glorious dry-aged beef This is some of the best dry-aged beef we have done in a long time.  Be sure to grab a gorgeous rib-eye before they are gone.  Check out the magnificent porterhouse steak in the photo below!
