Glorioius pork chops
It has been a challenging week on the farm weather-wise.  We have survived the freezing rains, snow, sheet ice and frozen plumbing. The animals are safe and well fed. We are now braving the treacherous winter highways and will be at University District from 9am-2pm and Vashon from 4-7 pm.  We will have a magnificent selection of plump duck, lamb, pork, beef and chicken as well as sausages, pâtés, cheese and salami.  We will not be at Ballard tomorrow, 25 December. We will be back to our normal schedule next week on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

George and Rose wil both be on the Magic Meat Truck today!  We are eager to share our farm’s bounty with all of you!

XOXO
