Help bring in the season's ingredients, then gather around a bountiful harvest dinner with wine pairings and cordials by the fireplace. A crisp Monday morning means the wood-fired hot tub, a farm-roasted latte, and George's pastries. There's time for foraging, bird watching, or a stroll to the river before you head home at noon.
