One pair of our succulent, fatty duck breasts, seasoned with Rose's Rub (sea salt, black pepper & thyme), rolled and tied into a cylinder.

Cooking instructions:

Pan fry on medium low heat, or in a 400F oven for 35 minutes, rotating several times until skin is crispy and nutty brown. Remove excess fat from pan periodically and reserve for cooking. Rest on a plate, covered lightly with a dry towel for 8-10 minutes before serving.
