Cooking Sausages
This is the most foolproof way to render our sausages fully cooked and intact

Directions

Place sausages in a large saucepan. Cover by 2 to 3 inches with cool water. Bring to a simmer. Immediately turn off the heat and allow the sausages to rest in the hot liquid for ten minutes. Carefully remove and drain the sausages. Transfer to a skillet and brown them gently until nicely browned on both sides over medium low heat. Handle gently to prevent bursting. Serve hot with your favorite starch and veggies, accompanied by George's Mustard.
